London Bridge is 2 stations in one. A through station for services to Cannon
Street and Charing Cross (via Waterloo
East) and Thameslink service to Bedford and Brighton (Platforms 1-6). A
terminus for train services to South London and the South Coast (platforms 7 -
16).
All trains to and from Greenwich and Blackheath stop at this station.

via Deptford

platforms 4 (or 1) but always check
via Lewisham
Beware: Preparations for the millennium can cause
delays/cancellations/diversions to trains at weekends because of engineering
work - always check with the operator before travelling on 0345 48 49 50 (24
hour service)

When not open tickets are available from machine. There is also a
"permit to travel" machine.
